60-Minute Integrated Energy Healing This session is a deeply restorative space where your mind, body, and energetic field can finally slow down and realign. Using a blend of guided hypnosis, Reiki energy healing, and energetic field restoration, we gently access the deeper layers of your subconscious and energy body—where many patterns, blocks, and emotional imprints are actually stored. When these layers begin to shift, people often experience greater clarity, emotional release, and a renewed sense of balance. Hypnosis helps quiet the analytical mind so your system can move into a receptive healing state. From there, Reiki and energetic field work support the natural restoration of your energy, allowing areas that feel heavy, stuck, or depleted to rebalance. Every session unfolds a little differently depending on what your energy needs most in that moment. Some people come for stress relief, energetic clearing, or emotional healing, while others are looking for deeper alignment, spiritual insight, or support through life transitions. You don’t need to “do” anything during the session—simply relax and allow the work to unfold.
