During our live Zoom session, I’ll guide you through a teaching portion where we break down the topic in a way that’s easy to understand and grounded in real-life application. You’ll learn practical tools, energetic insights, and new perspectives that you can start using immediately. When applicable, we’ll move into an interactive exercise or energetic practice, allowing you to experience the shift in real time rather than just hearing about it. We’ll close each session with an open Q&A, giving you space to ask questions, receive personalized guidance, and gain deeper clarity on your own journey.
